ARS Toronto Roubina Chapter Scholarship

The ARS Toronto “Roubina” Chapter Scholarship awards are based on scholastic achievements and involvement in the Armenian community. Each scholarship is valued at $1500, which we hope can provide some meaningful support to students as they continue their education.
The application is open to students of Armenian ancestry who are not related in any way to any member of the ARS Toronto “Roubina” Chapter Executive Board or Scholarship Committee.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Reside in Ontario.
Is a Canadian resident, holds a Canadian citizenship or a Canadian landed immigrant or refugee status.
Is accepted as a full-time student at a university or college located in Ontario, and must be commencing or attending their program in September 2026. Both in-person and online programs are eligible.
Is not an applicant of ARS Canada or ARS Inc. scholarship in 2026.
Is the only applicant from the same family.
Has not received two previous scholarships from the ARS Toronto “Roubina” Chapter. Submission must include:
1. Completed application form.
2. Confirmation of enrolment from an Ontario university or college, confirming the applicant’s current enrolment for the 2026-2027 academic year.
3. Secondary School or most recent post-secondary transcript.
4. Two current reference letters (dated 2026): one of which must be from an educational institution that the applicant currently attends or most recently attended; one letter must be from an Armenian organization.
