The Armenian Relief Society strongly denounces the Azerbaijani government armed forces’ indiscriminate assaults on the Republic of Artsakh, which have specifically victimized innocent civilians residing in urban areas and rural communities. For centuries, the Armenian people have enjoyed a tranquil existence in their homeland, only to see their peaceful lives persistently disrupted by the Azerbaijani government’s repeated acts of aggression and violence.
